EuroSafe Compliance Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales. Our registered office is located at 123 Compliance Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB. We operate under the trading name "EuroSafe".
We provide property safety certificates and compliance services, including but not limited to EICR, Gas Safety, EPC, Fire Risk Assessments, and Asbestos Surveys. Our services are carried out by certified and accredited engineers.
A contract between you and EuroSafe is formed once we have accepted your booking and confirmed it via email or phone. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise quotes if incorrect information was provided during the booking process.
It is your responsibility to ensure that our engineer can access the property at the agreed time. You must also ensure that all areas requiring inspection are accessible and that utilities (electricity/gas) are turned on and functioning.
Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Payment terms are strictly as agreed. We reserve the right to withhold certificates or reports until full payment has been received.

We aim to deliver certificates within 24–48 hours of inspection completion. Digital copies will be sent via email. Hard copies can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

EuroSafe Compliance Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
